Golden Sea
Overview
A property listing portal for the UAE, built around search rather than around a homepage. Buyers arrive knowing three things — area, budget, bedrooms — and the interface should ask for nothing else before showing results.

The problem
Real estate portals fail in one of two directions: too few filters and results are useless, too many and nobody completes the form.
The second problem is human. An enquiry that lands in a shared inbox is an enquiry that goes cold.

Strategy
Three filters above the fold, everything else progressive. Each listing carries its agent, and each enquiry routes to that agent rather than to a general address.
Design
Dark chrome, gold accent, photography given the full width. The interface reads as a catalogue of property rather than as a website about a company.
Development
Custom search and filter logic over the listing model, realtor profile templates, and an enquiry pipeline attached to each listing's assigned agent.
Result
A portal that answers the buyer's first question immediately and puts every enquiry in front of a named person.
- Advanced property search with progressive filters
- Per-agent profiles and enquiry routing
- Listing-level structured data
