Service · delivered remotely worldwide
Web development.
Custom WordPress, WooCommerce, Next.js and React builds for small and medium businesses. One person — me — handles brief, design, code, deploy, and the support call when something breaks. Based in Abu Dhabi, delivered remotely for clients in the UAE, UK, Saudi Arabia, US and worldwide.
What's included
Eight concrete things I ship.
- ✓ INCLUDED
Custom WordPress themes
Hand-written PHP themes (not Elementor or Divi scaffolding). You get a theme that performs and that any WordPress developer can take over.
- ✓ INCLUDED
WooCommerce storefronts
Product schema, variations, Stripe or local gateway integration, Google Merchant feed. For catalogues from 10 to 1,000+ products.
- ✓ INCLUDED
Next.js / React builds
Modern web products, dashboards, SaaS marketing sites, portfolios. TypeScript end to end, server components where it earns its place.
- ✓ INCLUDED
Chrome extensions (MV3)
When the product needs to live inside someone else's page. Example: the NoonSpy extension that injects live data into noon.com.
- ✓ INCLUDED
Bilingual Arabic / English
Native RTL layout, Noto Naskh typography, pre-filled WhatsApp in the reader's language. Engineering included free; translation handled by a native-Arabic partner.
- ✓ INCLUDED
Technical SEO baseline
JSON-LD schema (Person, Organization, Service, FAQ, Breadcrumb), sitemap, hreflang, Open Graph previews, Core Web Vitals pass.
- ✓ INCLUDED
Site rebuilds & recoveries
Taking over a broken site, rebuilding it on the same URL without losing SEO, migrating off a cheap theme without breaking the catalogue.
- ✓ INCLUDED
WhatsApp + email enquiry flows
The site's job is to produce messages, not look pretty in isolation. WhatsApp pre-fills with service names; contact forms route to your main inbox and backup to CRM if needed.
What's not included
Honest boundaries.
A good quote tells you what's out as clearly as what's in. These are the things I don't do (or don't do inside a build quote):
- Mobile apps (iOS / Android native or React Native) — I don't ship those.
- Branding + logo design from scratch — I build with your existing brand or you commission a brand studio first.
- Content writing + copywriting — I polish copy; you supply the first draft.
- Ongoing content marketing (blog posts, newsletters, social) — separate monthly retainer, not included in a build.
- Google Ads / Meta Ads management — I set up the measurement; agency or you run the ads.
- Hosting / domain cost — the recurring AED 150-400/year is yours; I handle setup.
Process
Five phases, no mystery.
- 01 · Brief
15-min WhatsApp or voice call
What the business does, what the site needs to do, who it serves, what's in and out of scope, timeline, budget. Honest fit check — if we're not a fit, I'll say so and suggest someone.
- 02 · Quote + plan
Written proposal within 48 hours
Fixed price for productised offers (WordPress Starter AED 2,500), scoped quote for custom builds (AED 5,000-25,000). Milestones, timeline, revisions, deliverables all written down.
- 03 · Design preview
First screens inside the first week
Mobile + desktop mockups of the home page and one inner page. One round of revisions on direction, two rounds on detail.
- 04 · Build
Development, iteration, review
Live preview URL you can click through at any point. Change requests roll into the next pass rather than blocking the sprint.
- 05 · Handover
Deploy, train, hand over
Deploy to your hosting, 15-minute editor training (Zoom or WhatsApp video), 30 days of post-launch fixes included. Retainer available after that.
Pricing
What affects the price.
- Page count — productised 5-page WordPress Starter is AED 2,500; each extra page typically AED 500.
- Product count — WooCommerce from AED 5,000 for 20 products, roughly AED 25-50 per additional product depending on how structured the data is.
- Bilingual Arabic — engineering free; native-Arabic translation adds roughly AED 300 for a 5-page site.
- Integrations — payment gateways, CRM, email marketing, booking systems each add specific setup time quoted upfront.
- Custom features — colour visualisers, dashboards, calculators, member logins — scoped and priced individually.
- Content — if you supply polished copy and good photography, every tier gets cheaper. If I have to shoot or write it, those are separate line items.

FAQ
Honest answers.
How much does a website cost?
WordPress Starter is AED 2,500 flat for a 5-page small business site delivered in 7 days. Custom WooCommerce stores start at AED 5,000 (20-product catalogue) and scale with product count. Custom Next.js or React builds are typically AED 8,000-25,000 depending on scope. Hourly contract work for ongoing engagements runs at $50-100/hr equivalent.
How long does a build take?
WordPress Starter is 7 days. A 20-product WooCommerce store is 2-3 weeks. A 100-product WooCommerce brand with custom theme is 4-6 weeks. A custom Next.js marketing site is 2-4 weeks. A custom web product (dashboard, SaaS) depends entirely on scope — quoted after a kickoff call.
Do you work with clients outside the UAE?
Yes — digital services (web, AI, consulting) are delivered remotely worldwide. UK, US, Saudi, Pakistan clients hire through WhatsApp or email. Invoicing in GBP, USD, AED and SAR. Timezone overlap with the UK afternoon works well.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
WordPress and WooCommerce builds come with a 15-minute editor training session so you can update pages, products and prices without calling me. Next.js and React builds are developer-maintained — content changes typically go through me or your dev team.
What do you need from me to start?
Business name, phone, email, a paragraph about what you do, your rough budget, your target launch date. Any logo and photos you already have. If you don't have photos, we can discuss a shoot (separate service) or use licensed stock.
What happens after launch?
30 days of post-launch fixes are included — bug reports, small content changes, mobile tweaks. After that, a maintenance retainer (quarterly check-ins + priority support) is available at AED 300/hour, or you can book me ad-hoc.
Can you take over a site built by someone else?
Often yes — depends on how it was built. Elementor / Divi-heavy sites and page builders built on top of other page builders are harder to maintain than clean custom themes, so a rebuild is sometimes cheaper than a takeover. I'll audit in the brief call and tell you honestly.
